AI for Children provides a platform that allows children to interact with various AI language models (including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity) under parental supervision and with age-appropriate content filtering.

The Service includes content filtering, conversation monitoring, usage limits, and other parental controls designed to create a safer AI experience for children.

3. Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You must not share your account with others outside your immediate family

4. Parental Responsibility

As a parent or guardian using this Service:

  • You consent to your child's use of AI services through our platform
  • You are responsible for configuring appropriate settings for your child's age
  • You should regularly review your child's conversations
  • You understand that while we implement safety measures, no content filtering system is perfect
  • You agree to supervise your child's use as appropriate for their age and maturity

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content and AI Responses

AI responses are generated by third-party AI providers. While we implement filtering:

  • We are not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content
  • We reserve the right to filter, modify, or block any content

7. Subscription and Billing

  • Free accounts are subject to usage limits
  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CONTENT FILTERING WILL BLOCK ALL INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
