How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a link to create a new password.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard and click "Manage Subscription". You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.

How do I add another child profile?

From your dashboard, click "Add Child" and follow the setup wizard. You can create up to 5 child profiles on any plan.

Is my child's data safe?

Yes. All conversations are encrypted and only accessible to you (the parent). We don't sell data and comply with COPPA. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What if inappropriate content gets through?

Our 3-layer filtering catches most inappropriate content, but no system is perfect. You can review all conversations and report any issues to us. We continuously improve our filters based on feedback.
